Zumbah is the happy one of the Boohbah. He was created when the Teletubbies created the other Boohbah.

Zumbah was the second one created, and he was designed to be Tinky Winky's servant. That's why he is purple. He has drank some of TuTiTu's sludge after the Zalgo incident. He was supposed to FINALLY get the Teletubby Land Bunnies in order, but he became happy instead. So happy, the Teletubbies shot him, as they didn't know what that weird emotion was. Unfortunately, he survived the gunshot, but he was too happy to want revenge. So, it just decided to follow Humbah everywhere, as he was HAPPEEY
