Yamato is a strong trans anime girl in the anime One Piece who is friends with Luffy. Her his father is Kaido.

He's trans because he admires a specific great ninja so much, that he adopted his mannerisms and acts like him. That great ninja is male, and since he is trying to be/emulate him, he also decided to act like a guy and change her pronouns. This technically makes him gay since he also likes guys, but who cares? and lets just say he's straight.
Backstory[]
Yamato was always interested in ninjas and pirates as a child, and has trained because he wanted to be one. At 8 years old, he learned about the great ninja, Clumsy Ninja. He loved his shame so much that he wanted to be a clumsy ninja, just like him. He doesn't entirely act like him, since he doesn't have the exact same clothes or mannerisms (being clumsy). Yamato wanted to be a guy because Clumsy Ninja is a guy too. Yamato is a very distinct character though, and you wouldn't be able to tell that Yamato tries to be Clumsy Ninja! Yamato also had the dream of being even with or actually beating her father in a fight, so she always trained and lifted weights. Because of this, her UnRank spiked up and she became really strong. She would later meet the Straw Hat Pirates in her life.
Abilities[]
Yamato has all 3 types of Haki, and immense physical strength just like his dad. He also ate a Devil Fruit, which makes him a werewolf and he can transform into a werewolf whenever he feels like it. Yamato also has tremendous levels of durability and endurance, and is also very fast. Yamato can also utilize sussyness to attract virgins or make people go away from her. That isn't like a magical ability or something, its just rizz.

- Yamato is secretly insecure about himself so he sometimes acts like others. A notable example is how he copied Clumsy Ninja but also put his own spin on it. He's crafted a caring, kind, and honest personality doing this.
- He hopes Luffy will use 5th gear to give him an infinite amount of pizza.
