Yaa-Yaa is a stupid telotub that was created in a rush when the Teletubbies wanted to fight Mo. Yaa-yaa is the stupidest telotub since her brain was replaced by a lightning generator. The lightning fires every hour so Tonky-Wonky has to connect his head to set the time for lightning firing. Luigi gets half his lightning from her, which is half of why his lightning is always green.
