William is a purple (or sometimes blue) dream demon/shapeshifter who is the one of the father’s brother’s nephew’s cousin’s former roommate of Chuck Norris and very annoying cousin of Bill Cipher. But nobody knows about him except Murdoc Niccals, and Manny Heffley (well he just knows everything), and Bill Nye. William was one of the few people who escaped the dimension Bill Cipher Asploded for no reason and now he just goes around, doing whatever he wants.
He was banned from the Ducky Empire for disrespecting the rule of not killing people for fun (Guess he didn't hear it?). And he's the reason that Greg Heffley has an addiction to Cadbury Mini Eggs, as well as being the reason why The Man Behind The Slaughter keeps coming back.
History[]
No one really knows when he was born. Some say in The Big Bang and others say in an egg in 1982. But we do know he's related Bill Cipher. William always wanted to be in an empire. So, he then joined Ducky Empire. But he was quickly banned after killing people for fun. For the doing so he was very pissed off. So, he created his own empire, The Terra Guillelmi Empire! After creating the empire, he became the first ever president of it. Then a few years later, he befriended an 8-year-old Sir Archibald Richardson Sr., an immigrant from Pee Pee Island. Archibald later in life would take over William in his president position.

- He appeared on a counterfeit 2,000 UnDollar bill. He was printed on a bacth of 618 counterfeit bills. These now sell for 100 times their original worth.
- It is believed that The Man Behind The Slaughter is the physical form of William, though it's likely not true, as they have been in the same room together once. It's likely that their relationship is more similar to a mirror version of Axolotl and Bill Cipher.
- The Crystal Alliance have been trying to deal with him, but Lyra thinks he just needs a friend. Now that I think about it, the Crystal Alliance is pretty bad at their job, are they not? Well, either way, William ain't going anytime soon, kids! Hope you're happy to hear that!
