We Quit! is the debut/pilot episoed of UnAnything: The Series, first airing in 2019, it's plot is about Kat and Ana escaping WarioWare, Inc. after years of torment.
The plot was teased in September 2018 as the 3rd episode (not first). It's production has been notoriously hellish, due to the rapid swapping of writing talent during its conceiving.
Plot[]
The episode starts in WarioWare HQ with Kat and Ana being tired of slicing boxes in two to save space. 5-Volt and 9-Volt try to take refuge but get zapped. Kat and Ana complain that they have been over worked and get no coins, so the two are thinking about quitting. The scene cuts to Wario counting his coins in his office when 18-Volt barges in and asks Wario rudely to give him a raise. Wario, of course, declines. A montage is then shown to hammer in the point of how terrifying the WarioWare facility is.
Ashley is shown carrying objects with her wand, and as shown, she can barely do it due to her poor health and mentality. Ashley decides to run away, but she quickly changes her mind when Wario comes and wacks her with a stick. Kat and Ana question if that's going to happen to them someday, and they fully decide on running from the building. Some time later, Wario watches his workers work in the building, and then demands them to work faster. Everyone groans after hearing this. In order to keep up demand, Wario decides to trick the workers by stating the faster worker will get a raise. Kat and Ana, whom hear this decide to mindlessly work faster despite the fact their bodies were sore and sweaty. When the day ends, Kat and Ana ask for the raise they were "promised", but Wario simply states it was a trick. Kat and Ana slump away, but they realize it's the perfect time to run off. They decide to do so after leaving Wario's view.
The next day, Wario welcomes the workers back to their jobs but notices that Kat and Ana are missing. He announces to the workers that they will get a raise if they find Kat and Ana. The doors to the facility open up, and everyone decides to search for the two ninjas instead of just getting out of the area. 9-Volt ask his mother why they are doing this, and 5-volt answers "It's for our family!" and that "She's on her last dime." Wario smells the dime but doesn't find where it is. 9-Volt afterwards tries to convince her mom to run off and start a brand new life, but 5-Volt has no clue where to go and what do to.
Meanwhile, other miners are searching for Kat and Ana. 9-Volt keeps trying to convince 5-Volt to leave the place. He eventually succeeds in doing so. As Kat and Ana hide in the mines, they mention how confusing the layout of the facility is. Spits hears them, and the two run off quietly. The two mention that they gotta be quiet but all of a sudden, Steve from Minecraft appears and says hi to them loudly. Ana yelps from this, which gets the attention of Dribble. Kat and Ana run off after saying hi back to Steve. As Dribble chases Kat and Ana, he destroys a group of dripstone dealing pufferfish. 1 like = 1 prayer. Ana questions how Dribble got so strong and then we are shown Dr. MCNOTWARIO inserting needles with steroids and heroin inside Dribble. This causes Dribble to go crazy and asplode, but he somehow survives. After the flashback, Dribble pounds the ground and starts an avalanche in the mine. One of the boulders crushes Dribble, and a few others chase Kat and Ana as they head towards the exit in an obvious Indiana Jones reference.
Kat and Ana are then met by 11102, and notices that his home's (The mine's) entrance is blocked off. 11102 asks who Kat and Ana are, and he realizes that he must kill them. Before he can do so, 11102 suddenly vanishes because of 5-Volt tying him up in a flash. Ana asks 5-Volt where the exit is and they with 9-Volt head there. Once the four make it out, Kat swears in front of a child and then Wario appears with a pistol. Wario tells the guys that it's against the rules to escape, 5-Volt calls Wario a bunch of bad names, and that causes Wario to shoot 5-Volt in the head, killing her instantly. 9-Volt is horrified by this and runs back in towards the facility. When Ana starts calling Wario names, he tries to shoot her down too, but the Ninja twins are just too fast for the bullets. Wario runs out of ammo, which makes it the perfect chance for Kat and Ana to speed off.
Wario, noticing that Kat and Ana are gone, decides to get on his bike and call his rarely used bounty-hunter, Orbulon. As Kat and Ana dash through Diamond City, they talk about where to go after escaping. However, things are interrupted by a flying UFO and Wario on his bike chasing down Kat and Ana. The UFO is being controlled by Orbulon, and he starts shooting lasers at the two ninjas. Ana looks for a weak spot on the UFO, and she finds a button that is labeled 'Weak Spot'. She dashes into a bush, which causes Orbulon's attention to go to only her. Orbulon tries shooting the bush, but instead gets surprised by Ana pushing the button on his ship. The ship deactivates and crashes into a nearby skyscraper. Ana runs off to try and save Kat from Wario.
We head back to Kat, who now also has more of Wario's Gang chasing her down. Young Cricket attempts to Roundhouse Kick Kat, but we all know that only Chuck Norris can do that move, so Young Cricket instead flies up in the sky like a propeller. Kat realizes that she can't run forever, so she chooses to stop running. All of Wario's buddies run past Kat like the stupid people they are. Once they realize that they missed Kat, the gang decide to turn around and head back to Kat. However, prepared, Kat kicks Jimmy T. in the face and steals his wig, which she throws onto Wario's face. This causes him to crash into a nearby tree and ASPLODE. Penny tries to throw a sticky grenade at Kat, but instead hits Waluigi. Waluigi's vehicle blows up and he is sent flying towards the sea. Boshi, who is tried from running after doing a Krabby Patty eating contest, gets squished by a falling Young Cricket. Kat then beats up all of the other workers, including Dr. Crygor and 11102.
Ana finally catches up with Kat as they take a quick breath. However, they are interrupted by a very pissed off Wario who has now became Wario-Man. Kat and Ana don't really find him threatening and dodge his nuclear farts. Having enough, they simply slice off Wario to shreds as he screams in agony. Finally free, Kat and Ana sit down and talk about moving somewhere else, as they are now wanted in Diamond City. The two go to Soviet Russia and make a little photo book montage as Russian music plays. The episode ends after the montage.
