Wario Ratings rates movies and shames. They think they're better than ESRB and Squadala Ratings. Wario invented it of course. Waluigi is vice president. Bonzi Buddy is president and acquired them so he could ban all Teletubby movies and shames because of his rivalry with the Teletubbies. It's their fault Outside in is rated X. 

They rate shames like Hotel Weegee and HaloBob GunPants. There are 1,000,000 members. There used to be 1,000,001 members but WaWaWaPo was fired during the Bikini Bottom War. They have been around since 9,001 B.C. (yes, THAT long.)
