Wario Kart 8 is a shame genetically modified developed by Wario and Waluigi. It was released on 1337 BC, and got mixed reviews and ratings, and was also rated W for Wah. The game has different characters and items, too, but that's the only good thing about it.

- Garlic - Provides Speed Boost
- Triple Garlic - Same as above, but 3.
- Cookie - When used, it plants itself on the ground, waiting for someone to run over it. Whoever runs over it will spin out for 3 seconds.
- Super Cookie - Same as above, but spins the player out for 5 seconds. Also somewhat rarer than the regular Cookie.
- Ultra Cookie - Same as Cookie and Super Cookie, but spins the player out for 8 seconds. Also even rarer.
- Super Mega Ultra Cookie - The rarest of all cookie items. When a player runs over it, they spin out until they are in last place. If they are already in last place, they just spin out like normal.
- Sandvich - When used, it makes the player invincible for a short period of time.
- Waluigi - When used, it makes all players Waluigi. Waluigi is immune to this.
- Donut - When used, it is thrown ahead and bounces off walls. If it somehow hits someone, they will spin out for 3 seconds.
- Heat-seeking Donut - Instead of randomly bouncing off walls, the Heat-seeking Donut will follow and likely hit the person in front of you. If you're in first place, it is explodes behind you.
