Wa'nt Tinky Winky is a mutant (and very strange) clone of WaTinky Winky who has powers of Mass Construction instead of Mass Destruction. He is wanted by OSHA for unsafe construction (he built a cool looping waterslide into the Ybbutelet Dnal Alkaline Lake). He is presumed dead.

It's unknown when this guy was made, but the most likely answer would be the year 2374, when a clone of WaWaWaWaTinky Winky was thrown into Telephobia by WaWaDipsy, because he found out he could do everything the Wa-Machine 3.0 can do, and messed with all the features, which made Telephobia bulge, distort and change colours 99999999999999999 times in classic Porygon fashion, and the result was Wa'nt Tinky Winky, a very messed up and creepy-looking but ultimately friendly clone of WaTinky Winky.
