WEHCWHDEK (better known as Jerry) is "something" made by some unknown idiot to act as merely as a caricature of strangely "powerful" characters. It is merely meant as a parody of the sometimes horrible writing styles that can culminate in "unintentionally" powerful characters. He is just a bunch of scribbles horribly edited to look like a human (with that sweet friend o' mine antialiasin'!) so people will remark on how stupid he is.
The idiot's original intended purpose was to mock the edits going on before which claimed victims such as Captain 15, Hannibal Lecter, and Horrortime Tubby. He has SUPER AWESOME ESRB GUNS WITH MINI-ROCKETS PROPPED ON THEM!! "reign" over anybody's computer and is able to DDOS it to the ground, or at least that's what the idiot says. However, the idiot has confirmed in interviews that these powers are fake, and are merely meant to mock the edits that made characters strangely powerful.
For some reason, the creator managed to do everything listed in just one day.
History
This character was created on the day of 9/7/21 (or for you Bri'ish, 7/9/21) to small fanfare from his "friends". Not much is known about him after this point, other than the fact he was created on that date and his powers are totally super good!!
Story
Included with the character is his backstory arc. Here it is:
One long time ago, people in Scribble Land were scribbling on each other. Scribble, scribble, scribble. Then one day, someone scribbled on someone and they had a scribble war. They scribbled a scribble human who almost fell into little scribble pieces. Not wanting to father scribbles, the scribble held the scribble together until it was scribble-stable. Then, this is how WEHCWHDEK "Jerry" Scribble came to scribble. The end.

The story was so bad, everyone cringed at it. This story, however, was supposed to parody the idiotic backstories characters were given. For example, quoting from Captain 15: "In the year 2030, Captain 1 was cloned by Bob Saget to do his bidding. He teamed up with Chuck Norris to kill Duo, then changed his name and appearance so he could be recognized as a good guy."
