Victor and Moritz are a duo of not-so-good doers who used to be members of the Angry Birds before they were kicked out for inciting an attack on behalf of the Megapork onto the flock. Vengeful and peeved, the parrot twins roamed until they found Lucky the Leprechaun, who gave them powers... technically. More on that later.
With their new skills, Victor and Moritz thought that they were the talk of the town, so they gave themselves the nickname of The Evil Twins and began doing the bad things. Victor is the serious dude, while Moritz is the voracious boob. Using an intergalactic zipper, they can travel between the dimensions!
Thanks to their shtick of doing evil deeds, they voluntarily joined the Bad People thinking that it has other people just like them in it. Since they have a god complex (those twerps), they were left disappointed. If you ask all of us, they need to get down from their high horse!

Baby Times and Other Early Stuff[]
Victor and Moritz were birthed by a mother parrot, alongside another hatchling. This other parrot is famous for assisting Patchy the Pirate, he is known by some as Potty the Parrot. Whilst Potty had his big break early since he joined that pirate dude, Victor and Moritz did not have theirs until a couple years down the road.
They were walking through some town in East Hyrule, when Moritz got hungry. Moritz wanted to eat a live Pig, but he was denied by the pig keeper. This made them hate pigs so much! Eventually they discovered the Angry Birds. As many know, those dudes hate pigs. Moritz really hated pigs now too, solely because he could not dig into them. The Angry Birds and the (then not evil) twins bonded over this.
Then, on a painful day, Victor and Moritz (then called the dark blue birds) were tasked with attacking some of the pigs trying to steal the eggs. Somehow, this escalated into a terrible travesty that led to them losing one of their eggs to space after the Megapork got involved. The two were then expelled from the Angry Birds.
Rise to Evil[]
Victor and Moritz grew bitter at the world, demanding for an answer as to what this all was about. They figured that they would not get an answer unless they passed some fists. They somehow ended up in Ireland. Over there, they saw Lucky the Leprechaun, eating Lucky Charms. Victor and Moritz knew he had magical powers, so they asked him for help.
Lucky just freaking shot them instead...
Apparently Lucky has a grave fear of blue parrots with big heads. Now Victor and Moritz had to be taken to the hospital for the sake of rehabilitation. Fortunately for them, their doctor had no idea what he was doing, so he accidentally gave them magic powers when injecting them with a serum consisting of Green Cheese and K-fee beverages. The Evil Twins then saw a giant zipper open up above them, and it sucked them in.

The unzipped portal spat them out somewhere in the Real World for 3 seconds[1], before consuming them again and expelling them into Radistania. It was here when they realised that they can get great power, all they needed was this zipper portal, and they will triumph over all!
Then, they went through the zipper portal again, and it sent them to a hidden meeting of the Bad People. This meeting was being held in a secret base 500 feet below Hyrule Castle. Victor and Moritz approached the members and asked if they could join, as they too wanted to do the bad thing to the good masses. They were accepted. Although admittedly, they are cross with the fact that none of the other members are all too godly. Yeah, they think they are gods, and we want them to eat their words, so as of now we have Marx on speed dial.

- The only food Victor likes are, of course[2], Crackers, Moritz, however, loves food. Period.
- Victor's favorite song is E.T. by Katy Perry, specifically the version with Kanye West in it. I wonder why...
- The egg that they accidentally got lost would soon become Teletubby Army recruit N. Trance.
- It is believed that the hatchling inside of the egg would've looked like The Evil Twins had that whole incident not turn it into N. Trance.
