Who's making a baked Wikipedia potato?
Uncyclopedia is the inspiration for the UnMarioWiki, which is the inspiration for this wiki. It was originally launched a really long time ago on January 5th 2005.
Wikia History[]
In the beginning, it was http://uncyclopedia.org; then a year later Wikia (now Fandom) decided it'd eat it up. For the longest time, this was okay, as Uncyclopedians were not being 1984'd, but in 2013, that all changed when Wikia decided they were going to be EVIL so that all the editors and admins would leave at https://en.uncyclopedia.co to escape them, building the website out of nothing but forks (hence why it is called a "fork"). The high crimes and misdemeanors of Wikia include Bribery, inserting crappy ads for stuff nobody wanted to buy, as well as the imposition of content warnings and censoring everything.
If you try to go to Uncyclopedia here on Fandom today, you will be left with FAIL. That's because Fandom (after changing their name from wikia to try and fool everyone) decided to kill it in 2019, because the wiki was too epic for them, and moved it to https://uncyclopedia.com (called the "spoon") where they vowed to never touch it again.
Today, those two things, the .co and the .com, are the Uncyclopedias (Uncyclopediae?). Whether Fandom was a puppet government or the original fork was a coup, they're both equally legitimate as to being the true Uncyclopedia, as long as you don't look at that image above you.

- Uncyclopedia is also the name of a potent drug that UnAnything serves as a gateway drug to. Side effects of prolonged Uncyclopedia use in UnAnything denizens include hallucinations, wanting to make stuff 20% cooler, and [DATA EXPUNGED]. Most users become addicted within milliseconds, but some aren't satisfied enough and move on to stronger and more deadly drugs, such as "Encyclopedia Dramatica" brand horse tranquilizer.
- For some reason, the Portuguese version of Uncyclopedia is wildly popular. This is probably because Brazilians are weird.
