Umby Pumby is one of the 8 evil Tiddlytubbies, and is the most manipulative of her murderous siblings. She uses her antenna to hypnotize n00bs like the global superpowers into giving her nukes and missiles. Her favorite person to launch these at is Mr. Krabs. Her main power though is an reality-erasing cry that can vaporize Europe. She vaporized one of her brothers for stealing her french fry. Her parents put a silencer in her voice box so she wouldn't stop vaporizing her siblings. They also did this so that they could use her as a nondescript gun. Her other less deadly power is vibrating really hard and causing earthquakes. She discovered that one when her hemorrhoids were Harlem Shaking a Polaroid picture. When she is angry and throws a tantrum, she will asplode. Not as big as a Tsar Bomba, but maybe like 2x that of TNT.
Umby Pumby was also Prime Minister of the Congo. She forged damning evidence against all her political opponents, getting them convicted for treason, thus her party, the Nazi Party, rose to power. When she was Prime Minister, she restructured the government into a Nazi dictatorship, and changed the Congo's name to the Nazi Republic of the Congo. She had every non-Teletubby in government executed, excluding the Head of DUIs; she was always drunk and didn't show up ever. She only left because she contracted Kongo Bongo Gone Wrongo from drinking the blood of her executed victims. Weegee stole her position and they've been enemies ever since. They both often have staring contests and Weegee usually loses these, so instead they fight on Mars with bazookas and knives. Weegee prefers this arena because in space, he can't hear Umby Pumby scream. Weegee is a massive coward.
She also helped the Teletubbies colonize the Dragonrealm re-educated/manipulated Sisu into being evil minion of the Teletubbies. She regularly rides Sisu across the UnUniverse to and fro the Ice Cream planet. She also uses Sisu to burn people.

She looks like the daughter of Laa-Laa, but she's actually the daughter of Dipsy. She was born in the Home Dome Clinic on 20 November 1995 at exactly 12:10. Her doctor was Medic. When she was 5 minutes old, her antenna was heated to 10,000°C with a oxyacetylene welding torch was head was bludgeoned with a hammer as per tradition. Teletubbies do this to bend the antenna into a unique shape; hers was bent similar to Laa-Laa's. These procedures usually kill about three-quarters of all newborns, but she survived. After that, she was forced to became a child star in the Teletubbies family vlog TV show thing Teletubbies (2015).
