Twtll (The Worm That Loves Lean, formerly The Worm, That Little Log) Leanwood is the result of some random Dig-It with formerly red laser eyes being found by Wario and being forced into the Mean Lean Machine, and is now a lean-guy. He is essentially an ordinary Dig-It, but with a purple pigment due to the Mean Lean Machine's effects on whoever goes inside of it, even his own apple turning purple. He also has purple laser eyes that he uses to infect victims with lean.
Before his transformation into a lean-guy, Twtll's favourite colour was purple, once owning a purple hard hat, alluding to what would happen later on in his invertebrate life. This has not yet been confirmed, but Twtll may have been an enjoyer of the taste and scent of lean before becoming a lean-guy, consuming one drink of lean every single day.
He was once killed after being thrown into the Teletubby Land Acid Lake by Reimu Hakurei. He subsequently was revived by Twomba, who had at the time released a Dig-It revival machine to the public, although the effects from the Mean Lean Machine did not wear off.
