This is an episode of Teletubbies (2015 TV series), and the surprise return of the Tweenies.
Plot[]
After watching episodes of Tweenies on Tinky Winky's screen, the Teletubbies use the Tubby Phone to call the Tweenies. They hang up from the call as soon as they get it and go right to Teletubby Land, where they yell at the Teletubbies in hopes of getting information on why their show was always more popular than Tweenies. Pretty soon, a fight breaks out.
Meanwhile, Zoroark and WaFries find a way to get to Teletubby Land and meet Alt 2.0 and Noo-Noo, who are basically their "counterparts".

- Despite being adults, the Tweenies were not referred to as "Adulties" ONCE.
