Tobias Vincent Maguire Blue (or Tobby) is a Communications officer working in the Satellite Station and Fortress Flamewar. Like other Teletubbies, he is a humanoid with large round ears and a stout chubby body. Unlike most Teletubbies, however, all blue workers lack an antenna. His face and the inside of their ears sport a Caucasian skin color. He is a Blue Worker who lives at the Satellite Station in dorm room 28 on the bottom-right bunk. Tobby has the appearance of a regular old blue worker, with blue-colored fur, no antenna, and a Caucasian skin color. He is best friends with Lenny (Teletubby) despite Teo Blue thinking they are enemies. Tobby teases Ron (Teletubby) for doing work, but the thing is, Tobby is also one of the ONLY people who do work there. He likes to be in the Communication Sector of the Satellite Station along with some Blue Workers and his friend Lenny (Teletubby). Sometimes he goes down the hall to the Australis-bathy to do some work there, usually sending bathing apes to Pac-Land aka Australia. His favorite book is Run Away From Home And Die and his favorite chapter is Chapter 6.
