Tim is a rogue Skelly with magical powers! He seems to like himself... a lot; he even established a micro-nation dedicated deeply to it’s brave, bold, mighty, one and only true ruler, Tim. Tim does not like his younger brother Jim. Jim is stronger than Tim and that makes Tim sad. 
Life of Tim[]
Tim was born a Skelly, and a Skelly he was born. He always had MAJIK POWORZ since he was a young'un, and tended to use them, much to the boredom of others who found greater interest in the magic displayed by Jim. 
Tim, in his early adolescence fled underground to begin his own society, the Land of Tim, where he would be the one and only ruler and enforcer of law.
Unlike most Skellies, Tim is not highly physically active, and tends to use his MAJIK to transport himself – this leads many other skellies to believe Tim is somewhat lazy, when in reality (according to Tim) it's just because he's 2 kool.
Hat of Tim[]
Tim's Hat is property of Tim, and no-one else! Nobody even touches Tim's Hat without permission from Tim timself! Tim's Hat is the most prized possession of Tim, and belongs to Tim due to the Divine Right of Tims, which states "Those which art a hat and art worn by Tim, art that of Tim." (as written in the fiftimth timblet of Timslam) 
Tim's hat is also capable of granting majikal abillitis, though most of Tim's magic comes from his own self - probably meaning that he enchanted the hat with an enchanting enchantment.
Land of Tim

The Land of Tim was established when Tim went under ground. It is a society built by the bare-boned hands of Tim, using the timbers of libertim. The Land of Tim is a micronation recognised by no other nations in the UnWorld, but Tim doesn't listen to the haters and continues to rule over the Land of Tim to this day, with hopes to someday expand his timdom.
The land of Tim is 1000000000000000000% cooler than the Land of Jim, as stated by Tim. As (according to Tim) Tim is always correct, we can rely on the accuracy of this information. The Land of Tim also has a flag, known as the Flag of the Land of the Tim. (right) This flag is waved at major ceremonies in the Land of Tim whilst the National Antim is played.
