The infamous The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss is an evil island and organization owned by The Cat In The Hat so he could rule the world his own island. The island was founded in 1996 and are rivals with The Elmo Gang. Horton The Elephant was the president of the island, but Sam I Am and The Grinch where the only two losers in it. The Grinch was kicked out a year later (his own fault). They are even rivals with Easter Island.
