The Coming of the Nectar is a horror survivor shame release for the Play station 5, Xbox Series, and Windows on November 4th, 2020. The shame follows Squidward trying to survive in the wilderness from monstrous Spongebees, looking to steal his nectar. Squidward would discover other survivors as they attempt to survive the horde of Spongebees before the shame was well receive with both audience and critics, citing it gameplay and story.
The Coming of the Nectar sequel game, The Coming of the Nectar 2: Revenge of the Spongebees would released on March 2, 2022.

The shame is a horror survivor. You must find resources in order to craft items. You have weapons to kill the Spongebees, however you shouldn't be overreliant on them as they have a limited ammo and will degrade often.
Story[]
During a camping trip with Spongebob, Patrick, and Mr. Krabs, Squidward would decide to go on a hike, where he would get lost from the rest of the group while on a hike. The only thing he was carrying was Nectar. While trying to find his way back, a group of Spongebees see he is carrying nectar, and thus attack him. Squidward would soon run away from them and would be forced to build his own camp. After a few days he soon meet up either Spongebob, Patrick or Mr.Krabs, depending which location he went. There Squidward teams up with them in order to survive against the Spongebees. Squidward would soon see the following endings.
ENDINGS:[]
Ending 1: Starting at the beginning of the game, Squidward decide that camping sucks so he decide to leave back home.
Ending 2: Squidward, Spongebob, Patrick and Mr.Krabs are all able to escape the forest. This is the canon ending.
Ending 3: Squidward, Spongebob and Patrick escape, but Mr.Krabs dies to the Spongebees.
Ending 4: Squidward, Mr.Krabs and Patrick escape, but Spongebob dies to the Spongebees.
Ending 5: Squidward, Spongebob and Mr.Krabs escape, but Patrick dies to the Spongebees.
Ending 6: Only Squidward survives, the rest are killed by the spongebees.
Ending 7: The general bad ending, Squidward is trapped in the forest forever.
Reception[]
The game was receive very positively by both critics and the general audience for being very cool and scary.
