It's like the Super Mario Bros. Super Show, but with less Captain Lou Albano and more cartoon.
The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 is a rather serious (not) show that aimed to be the second season of the Super Mario Super Show before that got a second season of its own, thus TAOSMB3 is considered to be an alternate universe version of the Super Show. The show follows the adventures of Mario & Luigi as they try to save Princess Toadstool from the evil Koopa family, except it doesn't since Toadstool is somehow not kidnapped in every episode. There's also some tiny moron that nobody cares about.

- Attack of the 50 foot Bubble Dragon (Aired March 3rd, 1990): Bubblun from Bubble Bobble finds a Mega Mushroom and grows to 50 foot size, Mario and Toad have to find a mini Mushroom to stop him from wreaking havoc on the Mushroom Kingdom.
- A Toadally Magical Adventure: Part 1 (Aired March 10th, 1990): Toad steals a magic wand from Fake Bowser, now the Koopalings are after the Mario Bros!
- A Toadally Magical Adventure: Part 2 (Aired March 17th, 1990): Turns out Fake Bowser's magic wand was stolen from the Ace Magic Wand Factory, Toad returns the wand back to the factory's owner.
- Reign Storm/Mario's Time Machine (Aired March 24th, 1990): A turning point for the show, now Episodes are split into 2 11-minute segments. First segment covers Mario and Luigi ruling over the Mushroom Kingdom during Toadstool's vacation to disastrous results, while the second segment sees Mario & Luigi travel back in time to prevent Fake Bowser from causing a time paradox.
- Mario's Slime Troubles/The Princess's Naughty Picture (Aired March 31st, 1990): Mario fights a bunch of slimes summoned by Fake Bowser in the sewers, while Luigi and Toad try to find Toadstool's "naughty picture" within her closet.
- Fools in April! (Aired April 7th, 1990): A late April Fools special, Mario & Luigi pull off a ton of pranks throughout the Mushroom Kingdom to Toad's anger.
- Mario Goes Stupid Again/Toad the Maniac (Aired May 5th, 1990): Attempting to callback upon the Super Mario Super Show, Mario becomes stupid for no reason in one segment. Toad wreaks havoc upon the Real World upon finding out about the Warp Zone.
- May 12th Episode/Cooking with Koopa (Aired May 12th, 1990): Mario runs out of naming ideas and names the 1st segment after the date the episode aired. Fake Bowser's scheme to cook some slimes gets stopped by pre-Yarn Prince Fluff.
- Mario vs. Toad/Luigi's Dish-Washing Problems (Aired May 19th, 1990): Mario fights Toad for no reason, meanwhile Luigi has to fix his Dishwasher.
- Super Koopa/The Ugly Mermaid (Aired May 26th, 1990): Fake Bowser finally kidnaps Princess Toadstool in the real world, Mario & Luigi have to rely on Toad in order to defeat him! Mario becomes afraid of water, and decides to marry an ugly mermaid before Luigi snaps him back to reality.
- Bubblun RETURNS!/Teenage Mutant Ninja Mario (Aired June 2nd, 1990): Bubblun tickles Luigi to death, using bubbles FROM SPACE!!!!!!! Mario becomes a ninja in order to defeat some Ninja Koopas.
- Luigi's Revenge/Mario the Bubble Dragon (Aired June 9th, 1990): Luigi's ghost scares Bubblun to no avail, so Toad has to find some way to revive Luigi. Drunk the Wizard cursed Mario into being a Bubble Dragon, and he has to go through the Cave of Monsters to cure himself.
- Attack on Koopa/Mario the Bubble Dragon 2 (Aired June 16th, 1990): Luigi and Toad attack Fake Bowser's fortress directly, while Princess Toadstool provides backup. Mario couldn't cure his Bubble Dragon curse, so he gets help from Cleon.
- Flatbrush Koopa/Mario the Bubble Dragon 3 (Aired June 23rd, 1990): Fake Bowser takes over Luigi's home town of Brooklyn, the Green Plumber assembles an army of humans to take on the beast. Mario and Cleon finally find a Rainbow Potion, but a Koopaling takes it at the last second! Will Mario ever return to normal?
- Mario's Return/Superstar Saga (Aired June 30th, 1990): Mario finally returns to Human form and makes a reunion party with Luigi, but the party is short lived as Princess Toadstool tells them about troubles happening in the Beanbang Kingdom! The president of the Beanbang Kingdom comes up with a stupid plan to take over the Mushroom Kingdom, with short lived results.
- Super Mario Bros. 3 Christmas Show! (Aired December 22nd, 1990): The finale of Season 1, Mario decides to screw around within a 1 hour TV time-slot.
Season 2[]
Season 2 is confirmed to be the Super Mario World series, which premiered on August 3rd, 1991.

- The show is thought to be about as stupid as the Super Mario Super Show, except a little better.
- The show still airs in re-runs on the Crap Network, if you are lucky enough, but they prefer the original Super Mario Super Show.
