The Adminstratior, also known as The Final Boss of The Internet, was a unnaturally mutated Number Captain who was the boss of the internet from 2003-2025. No picture survived of what she originally resembled, but we believe she was a somewhat larger, legless number captain which also had arms and had two puppeteers X controlling a extra pair of limbs. That was until she found the Bone Hurting Juice and ate Chicken Tenders to, like a Detroit, became human.
The Administrator whilst a very powerful foe still feared very powerful beings such as Weegee. During the final boss fight once the Undefeatables arrived, she accepted her demise and was banished to The Shadow Realm with his very own perm-Ban Hammer.
The Adminstratior was also later revealed to be the zodiac of addiction.
