Team Fortress 2 is one of the most epic shames you can play. It has It's the highest rated Steam because of all the OVER 9000 hats you can wear, and everyone's currently playing it because it's so awesome. In TF2 you go killing all the bad guys who wear different clothes than you to win and get the high score.

History[]

R9wlh89i1id91

This is one of the first maps they made.

Development[]

Back in 1998, Gaben was like "Hmm lets make a shame and call it TF2. I think it would be funny to have a shame that's the sequel to nothing." so he sent his engineers to create The Engineer, the engineer who would be solely responsible behind the development of TF2 so that they could be busy doing other things like making Full Life 3. The engineer was very confused so then made a bunch of clones of himself. They would be the ones to build all the maps while he sipped on Piña coladas on his rancho relaxo chair. But they hated being slaves to The Engineer, and exiled him and instilled Uncle Dane at the throne. Uncle Dane wasn't just any engineer. He was the Engineer who was Engihere; he know how to get things done.

So then he fired all the engineers from the project and made mutated clones of himself. A lot of these clones were bad like The Chaingunner, The Hunter, The Spy, The Railgunner, The Executive, The Meats™. But he settled on the guys who'd be the classes we know today, as well as the Spy who'd sneak into the new cloning machine.

For all 9 years of development, they would be constructing the levels or killing off the Engineer population. But they found killing engineers so fun that they decided to make a shame off that called TF2. So they hired some guy called The Engineer from before to design a shame based off the levels his clones made, and in just 2 weeks completed it for Valve. Miraculously, they all made ripoffs of maps from some other Valve shame called Team Fortress Classic, but that shame was boring with and nobody cared anyway because it was just the same thing.

Release[]

Some time after it released, people started taking interest in it. Perhaps because it was a good shame? Anyways, people liked how much they could kill The Engineer, so they speedrunned killing him on 2fort. But that got boring. So they just decided instead to do other crap like make videos on it. This is how guys like all those freaks were made. For the longest time nobody knew how to play because they were too busy making G-Mods of it. This upset the architects who were carpentering new levels to DIE on. But then people actually got around to playing it again.

They grew fond of stuff like attacking and then defending. They were amazed by how you could choose how you wanted to play with lots of guys and lots of guns to choose from, something nobody has ever done before. This caused more people to pick up the shame. During this era, Valve was also adding lots of new features, like for $50 you could get the IP address the guy who killed you, or for $200 you could ban someone from the shame and then pay $30 to be unbanned. You could also pay up to $60 for new guns and even Sniper shamer boy toilet water. They even added hats to put on your skull. It was crazy and new times. But then people realized it sucked so they removed those things and just kept the guns and hats because everybody liked those. The hats alone created a self-sufficient economy that rivaled the SNP 500.

Then Valve made the shame free so that anyone can become a tycoon. Things stagnated after that point because they stopped taking risks, until the Meet Your Doom update. Valve gave the Pyro lots of cool things like incendiary grenades, napalm, tactical fire trucks after 20 kills, a hazmat suit and more. They made him really OP and then just sort of left him like that afterwards. People didn't like the new Pyro so they buffed the rest of the classes to match him, except the Heavy and the Spy. For years everything was fine, but people wanted the old TF2 back, so after a while some guys came together and made a mod called Team Fortress 2 Classic. They removed everything from the shame except for stuff that wasn't even in the shame, and the people at Valve mixed the two together to make the final update, which they called Gun Medal. But people wanted some of the old Pyro buffs back, so they then released Forest Inferno, the true final update.

Eventually some of the robots from MVM started creeping their way into actual servers, but they got their shiny metal asses wiped out by viruses. Valve at this point forgot the shame existed and stopped selling it afterwards, despite it being free. The bots then started making viruses of their own to fight off against the other viruses. In November 2025, all remaining players were roboticized from the robot virus, and the shame died and was forgotten forever.

Shamemodes[]

This shame has lotsa shamemodes you can play. This is because people got bored of playing Crapture the Flag.

Highertower

The biggest map to play on.

Crapture the Flag[]

You go kill each other as a team until someone decides to crap and end the shame. The goal is to get as many kills as possible on the leaderboard, and currently recordholder is Cyborg Dask with 94,538.

Payload[]

In payload you gotta push some bomb up a hill and into The Pit of Retirement... to free their souls. But the RED team doesn't like that, so you gotta kill eachother first before saving or ruining the lives of those in there who've been falling for hours.

King of the Hill[]

In King of the Hill you gotta take over the Hank Hill estate with your team and load it with grenades before finally blowing it up. The first one to have control over it for 12 in real life hours wins.

Mario Vs. Megatron[]

In Mario Vs. Megatron, you gotta kill all the robots and stop them from capturing their evil robot flag in a "tour". Tours are like IRL campaigns but for kicking robutt. You fight alongside Mario who gives you a bunch of powerups to go kill them faster, sort of similar to Father Grigori in Full Life 2. It's unique to Zombies in that you actually respawn after you die. If they capture the flag your whole team dies and you gotta start over again. This is the longest shamemode ever, because it goes on for infinite hours as Megatron is too powerful. Nobody's ever been able to beat it except for one lobby with Chuck Norris in it, thus creating the 6 golden pans.

Attack and then Defend[]

The goal is to attack those who are defending the Hill estates and take them for themselves, and the defenders can't take them back after they lose them. Think of it as a combo of King of the Hill and Mario Vs. Megatron.

MariooPower[]

In MariooPower, you go kill the other team with the powerups Mario has sprinkled all over the place. It's very similar to that one shame nobody has ever heard of also by Valve called Ricochet.

Vs. The World[]

In VTW, Scott Pilgrim and Dio Brando both stole all the power stars from Mario away, and you gotta face off against them and their friends. This is a sequel to MVM in which you and Mario win, but you all ran out of lives and so only get one shot to beat them. The twist here is that someone's actually playing as the boss, and the boss with all the power can beat everyone up really easily. The first boss you face is Saxton Hale, then the second boss is Scott Pilgrim, third is 4chan Sniper, and then the fourth is DIO. Then if you make it past all of them, you get to the secret final boss Junkil Redux.

Roulette[]

On the main menu if you go to the big dollar sign, you can spin the wheel as many times as you like so long as you have infinite money. It costs $12 a spin, and you can either get a hat with very strange effects like fire, demons, Team Fortress, or llamas. Or you get junk like beanies. Either way these can go into the Stock Market shamemode where you can sell them.

Russian Roulette[]

In this mode you play as the Heavy spinning the wheel. People like this one a lot more than the normal roulette for some reason.

Stock Market[]

In the stock market you can bet on how much a hat is going to be worth the next day, short on how much it'll be worth, or anti-bet against it. A long time ago some dog came on here and ruined everything, so they banned him forever. They made a movie about him too which was strange.
