Plot[]

The episode begins with Laa-Laa getting a tabloid from The Daily Coffee. She begins reading it, before Noo-Noo sucks it up. Laa-Laa sighs, before taking out the Tubby Phone. Noo-Noo nearly eats the phone, before Laa-Laa tells him off. Noo-Noo heads out, and finds N. Trance, who is polishing his giant pocket watch arm. Noo-Noo sucks up all of his clock polish, so N. Trance bonks him on the head. Confused from the bonking, Noo-Noo rolls about and nears a pile of liquid mercury. Noo-Noo tries to consume it. The mercury pile turns out to be the Tubby Monster. After the Tubby Monster does Noo-Noo bad with his sheer strength, Noo-Noo goes off for another thing.

Noo-Noo finds a copy of Weird Al n' Pac-Man in front of the telly in the Home Dome. Thinking it's just a Weird Al album, Noo-Noo goes in for the delicious sucking. Unfortunately, complications with the shame inside his metallic gut cause Noo-Noo to, once more, morph into a Pac-Person. Tinky Winky is carrying a bowl of Tubby Custard over to a spice container, and he adds some chilli to the custard. Noo-Noo then appears right in front of Tinky Winky, causing him to get flashbacks to when Noo-Noo first transformed this way. Tinky Winky screams and runs off, while Noo-Noo eats the spiced Tubby Custard.

The spices in the custard cause Noo-Noo to suddenly go into hyperdrive, and so he begins chasing after Tinky Winky at mach speeds! The Teletubby boy runs into the Hanging out Room, where Alt 2.0 is sorting some books about conquest, war, pestilence, death, and plague. Tinky Winky pleads for her to lock the door, for death is on it's way for both. Alt 2.0 has not a single clue as to what Tinky Winky is talking about, but then Pac-Noo, as we will call him now, bursts in and eats Tinky Winky alive. This shocks Alt 2.0, so she runs off.

Alt 2.0 runs into N. Trance, who just went to the store for new polish. Alt 2.0 informs the egg of an incoming danger: a Pac-Person. Knowing how deadly Pac-People are, N. Trance vows to protect her. When Pac-Noo comes forth, N. Trance uses his pocket watch clock to hypnotise Pac-Noo. Sadly, since he does not have eyes, he is not affected. Pac-Noo chases N. Trance and Alt 2.0 until they find Dipsy, Po and Laa-Laa, all of whom are spying on Barack Obama with their Tummy TVs. Alt 2.0 explains everything she witnessed, and N. Trance provides imperical evidence. The five then decide that they must suit up to kill Pac-Noo.

Dipsy invents a ghost gun that will turn him, Laa-Laa, and Po into Pac-Land Ghosts in order to defeat the Pac-Noo, while Alt 2.0 and N. Trance watch over the Tiddlytubbies. Unfortunately, the ghost gun also gives the Teletubby trio Maze-Ghost Effect. Dipsy begins blindly rushing into Pac-Noo as a direct result, and the other two follow suit. Then Pac-Noo eats a large Dot and the three suddenly turn blue, so they get chased. Po is able to call Blinky, Inky, and Pinky over (Clyde was shot by WaWaWario), and since they were not present when Pac-Noo ate the dot, they were immune. They then corner and defeat the Pac-Noo.

Noo-Noo turns back to normal and sucks up the ghosts. Dipsy, Laa-Laa and Po are also normal, and everything is peaches and cream. However, the ghost of Tinky Winky, peeved at what happened to him and his lack of overall prominence, chases everyone around the Home Dome.

Reception[]

For unknown reasons, most parents began flipping out (as in, actually going nuts) when this aired. Probably due to what happened in the original episode.

Trivia[]

  • This episode was meant to be a full on remake of Noo-Noo gets Turned Into Pac-Man, but then the Teletubbies decided to actually make a new episode.
  • For whatever reason, the Tubbytronic Superdome from The Good Teletubbies Show is in the title card.
