Starman is a creepy spy that likes to turn people invincible. He often hangs out with Mario and Luigi, but only because they pay him to.
Starman is often criticized by the Anti Tails Movement, Biased Ratings, The Black Army, and several other organizations that need to mind their own business.
Starman is described to have the face of an eagle that just crashed into a transparent sliding door.
Starman is most known for making people invincible when they eat him. It only lasts a certain amount of time, making it a very lame power up indeed.
