A Stand is a power at birth, with most being able to change to a degree; an APAB, if you will. Stands have 6 different stats: power, speed, range, durability, precision, and potential. These stats can be improved by training at any blue and yellow dojo, of which said buildings are commonly found in Canada and France but of course can be found UnWorldwide. Stands are most similar to Quirks as compared to a Final Smash or Super Meter.
Stands are among the most common powers in the UnWorld, even if they originate from some computer simulation. But where something comes from doesn’t make it rare, right? Right? This was disproven by Captain 0 with his iconic 1979 thesis that states "Where something comes from DOES NAHT make it rare!!!" and everyone moved on.
How does a Stand work?[]
You bet I can tell you! Stands cannot be used unless you are in a time of distress as Chuck Norris doesn’t want people killing others with their Stands for no reason. You must be fighting, and once it gets really intense you point to the sky for 10 seconds to trigger the Stand. After 10 seconds an 8 bit beep sound plays, the guy turns rainbow for a fraction of a second and the power is activated.
Stats of a Stand[]
- Power: How strong is the Stand
- Speed: How fast is the Stand
- Range: How far can the Stand go
- Durability: How long can the Stand maintain its ability.
- Precision: How single-focused the Stand's attack is.
- Potential: How much room the Stand has to grow.
It’s pretty straightforward, right?
