THIS IS SONIC DUH HEDGEHOG THREE! WOO!
Sonic the Hedgehog 3 is a shame starring Sonic and his partner Tails. It is the sequel of Sonic the Hedgehog 2.
Shameplay[]
This takes place right after Sonic the Hedgehog 2, where they just destroyed the Death Egg. But then, Knuckles comes up, and steals the Chaos Emeralds. Sonic and Tails chase after him for so many zones. Even the Angry Video Game Nerd lost track. Then, Dr. Robotnik stops Sonic and Tails. Eventually, Robotnik beats up Knuckles, and takes the emeralds. Sonic and Knuckles then team up. They defeat Robotnik, get the emeralds, and split them fifty-fifty.
Cancelled Half[]
There was a cancelled half of Sonic the Hedgehog 3, which was rumored to star Sonic and Knuckles only, without Tails in the game. It had even more zones than the first half, and even had a feature that replaced the Chaos Emeralds with the more powerful Super Emeralds, which would turn Sonic into the legendary Hyper Sonic. Thus, it was supposed to be the best shame ever. Unfortunately, the second half of the shame was not completed in time for the deadline, and it was cancelled, but was released as Sonic & Knuckles two years later.
Reception[]
Everyone agrees this was the worst Sonic shame ever. Half of it was missing--the good half, no less--and it added a new Sonic character, which is always a minus. Thus, it was frowned upon by critics and picked on by trolls.
