This is a smart border fence, this one is between iran/persia and Turkey
Smart borders are fences that were introduced by Captain 0 in 1946 to stop the different species of different countries in the UnWorld from mixing with each other, for example, a smart border can stop people from the Bowser UnWorld Territories from mixing with the pickles from Pickle Land.
You absolutely cannot cross them unless you have an UnWorld border pass, or if you absolutely need to cross borders. There are extremely bright lights along the length of the borders, so no one can sneak across them at night, and various people guard the borders to make sure no one sneaks across, unless they have a UBP.
At the top of the fences, there is un ultra sharp blade that slices anybody that tries to climb over into pieces, unless they build a structure to climb over the fence or have a UBP, or dig under the fence or wall, or just fly from one country to another. However, the EU doesn't need them because it is a Schengen area, meaning you do not need a passport or UBP.
