The Slendytubby himself. RUN!
What would happen if Tinky Winky ate too much Tubby Custard (implying that Teletubbies can stop eating those pink slop)? The Slendytubby is the answer to that question! The Slendytubby is a form of Tinky Winky when he is extremely addicted to Tubby Custard. His face would contort into a hideous disorted human face, scream and beg for more Tubby Custard, and would get hostile towards the other Teletubbies (Dipsy, Laa-Laa, and Po).
Slendytubby's Roots[]
One day in Teletubby Land, Dipsy, Laa-Laa, and Po were out in a war, excluding Tinky Winky, as usual. He saw this as a grand opportunity to show his brethren about him being as evil as them. However, being the doofus that he is, Tinky Winky thought that destroying the Tubby Custard Machine would be "evil" because being evil to evil obviously equals more evil (sarcasm).
He goes into the Home Dome, and breaks the Tubby Custard Machine with a hammer. Seeing all of the Tubby Custard gushing out of the machine made Tinky Winky very hungry. He ate all of the Tubby Custard in one fell swoop, and something odd happened.
Tinky Winky realized that there was a pain somewhere in his stomach. He was moaning and groaning, trying to get the pain out, but it was no use. The pain continued. He screamed and yelled and thrashed around, getting the freaking pain out of his body. This oddly made his face contort into one of screaming terror, and thus, the first appearance of the Slendytubby has been formed.

- Contrary to popular belief, the Slendytubby is not affiliated with the Slenderman at all. Not even a mention in his origin.
