A Short Change is yet another fat thing. This time, unlike the Flunky, Cold Caller, and Bottom Feeder, this guy goes to the bathroom a lot. He usually enters Cog Buildings and goes to the restroom, then he poops. Strangely, he seems to always find a "Green thing" in the bathroom, which disturbs all the other Cogs and other creatures in the building, thinking its poop or some sort of mutant alien. It is usually just an UnDollar. This guy has had some close encounters with Butt Ghost but has never had his butt eaten.
