Shockwave is a decepticon who works for Megatron/Galvatron. He is also the dictator of Croatia.
Shockwave is a transformer, just like Megatron/Galvatron and Soundwave. He was a laser gun at first, but he later transforms into a boat. He was a jet when on Cybertron.
Shockwave is also a mad scientist, and he accuses people for their logic. Shockwave is brutal enough where he'll cut your face off.
