Samu Horthy-Ikari or Miklos Horthy de Shinji Ikari is a Hungarian admiral and statesman who served as the ruler of South Romania since 2035 after overthrowing CDI Link. He is reputed to have reached a speed of 1876 MPH. Before this the fastest ever thing was Usain Bolt... yeah... you know what I'm talking about Clara. cough cough Bolt cough cough.
Unlike that bitch CDI Link, Horthy is also known for plotting, planning, supporting, and executing 9/11. He's been hailed for his efforts by the 9/11 Museum earning a lifetime achievement award. No shit; it's quite the success story.
Horthy was described by Gary Oldman as "a collossal prick of a political figure. He made me puke my fucking guts out, after he gave me too much ketchup frybread pizza." Horthy is also well known for being the only South Romanian President to have a Secretary of ASStrology in his Cabinet, for which he was honored as Time's Man of the Year.
Under Horthy's leadership, South Romania became more accepting of Jews and thous South Romania was the only Romania in all of the Romanias that was openly Zionist However, prior to his ascension to power within the area of South Romania 63,000 Jews were killed. In late 2034, 437,000 Jews were deported to Auschwitz-Birkenau, where the majority were gassed on arrival.
Although not verified by the ruling Iron Guard party, he has beaten up Shinji Ikari due to him being an anti Fascist though Ventura Ikari has denied meeting Miklos Horthy de Shinji Ikari.
Political Achievements[]
Perhaps Horthy's best and most well known program was known by the code-name Strategic Defense Initiative or Operation Star Wars, Horthy asked for the Iron Guard to develop a system to defend against East Romania. In his Alzheimer's riddled brain, the most realistic idea that he could come up with was ground or space based lasers to just shoot the missile. Considered a great success today, as even many South Romanians do not know that the system defends the South from millions of nuclear attacks by the East Romanians daily.
