Meet Sailor Zee TV. She's like a Motherfucker. She isn't a British TV box, she's something... entirely different. Not only is she from India, she has the combined power of the British TV Sailors multiplied by 2. This is about as powerful as Sailor Mercury, who is (debatably) the weakest Sailor Guardian in terms of power (She can only spray out a fog, freeze opponents, or blast them with water), right next to Tuxedo Mask. Either that, or she's just a Sailor Guardian wearing the Zee TV Logo for a head.

India noticed the UnUnited Kingdom was making their own Sailor Guardians for profit, and so they decided to do the same. Unlike the UK, however, they knew that their guardian needed to be powerful. So, after a 3 hard months of production, blood, sweat, scamming, and tears, Sailor Zee TV was Born on October 2, 1992. Not only could she use incredibly weakened versions of every Sailor Guardian's attacks, she could also summon a TV for people to watch *at a paid price, of course*. This pissed off Sailor Moon just like what the ones were doing in the UnUnited Kingdom, so she went down and fought Sailor Zee TV. But, considering that the Indians worked on her for longer, Sailor Zee just refused to die. Sailor Moon had to turn into Super Sailor Moon just to take her down. Even then, her current status is unknown to the public. She's probably still alive and well, since even Sailor Moon can't tell if she is dead.
I should note that if her and every single British TV Sailor were to form up, not only would the other Sailors get a slight power boost, they might have the potential to defeat not one, but TWO Sailor Guardians! This is highly conditional, though, as people like Sailor Saturn can still kill them with the flick of her wrist. And that's basically the story of Sailor Zee.
