Special, or S.P.E.C.I.A.L. (Meaning Stupidly, Precisely, Extremely, Carefully, Idiotically, and Anxiously Limited) is a type of meaning that means someone is out of the blue, or rare, or whatever you call it. Most protagonists have this ability, and S.P.E.C.I.A.L. is an extremely powerful trait, as it gives you Plot Armor, one of the toughest pieces of armor in the UnUniverse.
It was made when Weegee wanted to feel power, so he made S.P.E.C.I.A.L.ness in order to try and PWN everything with his stare. However, that did not work and got himself Roundhouse Kicked in the face by none other than Chuck Norris, as he can break even plot armor. Considering how powerful S.P.E.C.I.A.L. is, Chuck Norris decided to distribute it to a few people he liked.
