Rose is one of the most evil plants to roam to roam the United States of UnAmerica, only behind the infamous Solar Flare. Though that isn't saying much because there aren't many sentient plants in existence, let alone EVIL ones. She is also a little bit of a Stupid. Even though that holds her back, she is still kinda funny, but has some poor spelling, which holds her back from being the greatest criminal ever. She is one of the most wanted criminals in the whole UnUniverse, known for several successful crimes, we'll get to this in a bit including, but not limited to:
