Ralph Wiggum (A.k.a. Ralph, Ralphie) is the most good person to ever exist. His heart is literally so pure that when Bob Saget tried to kill him, the clash of pure good and evil created a being of pure neutrality named Sagum. Ralph Wiggum is so pure and holy because of how innocent he is. His mere presence was enough to almost destroy the entirety of Hell. Ralph is so good that his UnRank would be insanely high, except he doesn't understand math, so he just says that it is "the rainbow". Scientists have calculated that his true UnRank is ∞(2)blue.
Ralph has a few flaws, however. The most notable is his morality, ironically enough. He is so non-judicial due to his kindness and overall stupidity, that many can manipulate him and he cannot tell the difference between heroic people and villains. He completely ignored the Teletubbies when they led an escapade on Springfield, leading to thousands of UnDollars in property damage. He is also very naive, as he is just a child.
