The Quasi Council of Undefeatables is a subsection of the Undefeatables whose members are undefeatable under VERY specific circumstances. They are technically undefeatable, but not really, and are still subject to the same rules of any Undefeatable. A Quasi who becomes defeatable for an uncomfortably long period of time, unable to re-assume their Undefeatable form are likely to become an exile, which is why not many Quasis exist.
Just like the normal ones, Quasis get to visit the Undefeatable Palace and can stay there as long as they want whenever they want and they get to use Plotholium, even in their non-Undefeatable form. This is because Bob Saget (who plays Danny Tanner) sees them just like normal ones because of his motto "we're all family!".

- Steve - Only undefeatable when in creative mode.
