Shiver me timbers!
The power of Aegis is shockingly no match for the King K. Rool Cannon
- Not to be confused with Pyro
I have a request. Can you...take me to an asylum?
—Pyra, when asking Rex to take her to asylum.
Not what you expected? I'm cute as hell, so who cares?
—Mythra, whenever she wins in a battle
Pyra and Mythra, aka Homura and Hikari respectively, are not humans. They're a secret disguise created by a powerful force called The Aegis, so that they can both activate their curse on people more easily. What's the curse? "Anyone who touches the Aegis sword has to feed it 100 bowls of Spaghetti" and "You're fused with two anime girls into a sword now"; a fate worse than Excalibur.
But then some stupid boy named Rex wants to date either one of them (even though he can't decide on which one), so he's now their driver (the curse goes both ways.) The pair can also read minds, shrink down in size, and have differing skill levels in cooking, with Pyra being great at it and is ranked as the 4th greatest chef in the UnWorld, right behind Yellow Pikmin and Mythra being terrible at it despite enjoying it.
Personality and Traits[]
They're still not afraid to get out on the battlefield and use the power of the Aegis, with Pyra being able to inflict OVER 9000 6th degree burns on anyone who crosses her path and Mythra having the power of speed, light, and foresight to predict what her opponent is gonna do and counter it, and they can also swap between each other in battle since both of them are now split personas of the Aegis. Despite this, they also suffer imposter syndrome and thinks they're burdening others, hence why they're initially wanted to seek the Engineer in order to DIE (though this Pyra's idea at first). But the asylum fixed that.
Bio[]
A long time ago, Pyra was the wife of Alexander Hamilton and Mythra was her sister. After the confederalist paper were written and sent to the big house for review, Hamilton thought it'd be great to shoot Aaron Burr, but Burr shot first and so won all of Hamilton's stuff, including his wife and his slaves. At first, Pyra was hesitant to accept this change, but since she didn't have any other choice she reluctantly accepted on the condition that Mythra could be able to come and visit her from time to time.
Fast forward to when Aaron Burr went to India for a new carpet, he found a dude who could turn people into objects. In fact, it was the same dude who cursed The Beast's Castle. Anyways, since his slaves and stuff would die of old age, Burr figured he'd get on top of things and just curse them then and there, so he made a long trek to India with all of his stuff until he finally arrived at the place where the guy lived (Mythra also tagged along to make sure that Pyra was doing fine on the journey). Eventually, they finally arrived at the place and Burr went about doing some preparations, but some idiot named Hank Hill spilt his propane and propane accessories all over the magic table. What came next was a cacophony of weird messed up things, including the table catching fire, a chandelier, two swords, a crystal ball, and a V-8 engine falling from the ceiling, and Pyra and Mythra being caught in the middle of some magical event caused by the chaos that transformed them into the powerful humanized swords they are now (it is unknown how they managed to gain the swap mechanic though). Oh, and the contract of 100 bowls to freeing Pyra and Mythra turned into 100 bowls to be free from Pyra and Mythra.
When Rex got a hold of them, he killed some weird dude named Malos with them and few more idiots he met along the way.
After that, Pyra, Mythra, and Rex are pretty much confined to just chilling, until they get added into Super Smash Bros. FAIL and ended up becoming everyone's favorite fighter, even more than Fox.
Trivia[]
- Popular conspiracy theories suggest that they have a third shared persona called Pneuma, however none of these have been proven due to the lack of suffient evidence.
- Melony has a rivalry with them, for some reason.
