Psychonauts

Psychonauts are an elite spy organization comprised of psychics from all around the world. They exist to keep the mind from going insane or from harboring pesky Thought-Forms (they're okay with some though). They're sort of like the SCP Foundation, but a little more competent at their jobs. They also deal in dismantling organizations like the Top Hat Mafia due to their affiliations (and their leader).

They were founded during the middle of the War of 1812 by an unknown group of magic users who were blessed with the ability to read minds, float in the air, and even talk to animals. They were deemed freaks by others, but found a use for their powers. They began to keep people from experiencing Horror Shows, being susceptible to Idiot Manipulation, and even Copyright! It was a good time to be a human. Well, besides the whole freaking war.

After that asylum exploded, they've been on the hunt for Boyd Cooper, known under the alias of "The Milkman", who's been lighting Molotov cocktails and throwing them through people's windows. They all agree he must be dealt with. However, a bigger (perhaps literally) threat looms over them as of now, and that is Jasper Rolls, a rogue Thought-Form who is capable of travelling the UnUniverse and leaving a trail of death in his wake from his numerous murders. They're not actually doing anything about him, though. Nobody knows why.
