The Police Intellectual Property Crime Unit (PIPCU, or Pissed-off Intelligence of Powerful and Crazy UnIntellectuals) is a smart and evil police from London that are secretly working for Didney because Didney called them to take down a fan-made Club Penguin shame known as Club Penguin Rewritten. Some police employees are the Teletubbies in disguise. It was founded to detect fraud. They detect digital piracy and imitation/counterfeit goods. They wanted to become the most smartest police than the UnPolice because they focused on intellectual property crimes that has public safety implications as drawing attention to people, but the UnPolice is a rival to them
