Phone Guy (aka Foxybro) is Ness's father, and also the bully of Crying Child in 1983.
History[]
When he was a kid, he became a Weeaboo. As a teenager, he was an annoying piece of shit getting on the nerves of The Sobbing Dwarf. As an Adult, he continued to watch Anime, played guitar, sang Never Gonna Give You Up and did some things only weebs do idk.
Personality[]
He is obnoxious for his catchphrase “Hello? Hello Hello?”. He loves annoying everyone by saying his catchphrase to the point of breaking the phone.
