Perry The Platyborg (AKA Perry The Platypus of the 2nd Dimension) is the 2nd Dimension counterpart of Perry The Platypus that was a fallen OWCA agent after being captured by his nemesis Heinz Doofenshmirtz and got turned into a cyborg

Perry was a platypus, he was adopted by the Flynn-Fletcher Family due to Phineas and Ferb knowing him seeing them the same time
His Failed Mission[]
One day, Perry tried to stop Doofenshmirtz. But Doofenshmirtz built a trap that turns Perry into a cyborg and Perry was defeated leading Doof creating an army of Norm Bots and successfully taken over his Tri-State-Area. Now Perry was brainwashed by Doof as a general of Doof's army of Norm Bots
During the movie[]
Perry-2 was shown by Doofenshmirtz and his previous universe counterpart. Until the previous universe Phineas, Ferb, and Perry came. Perry-2 attacked his counterpart, and tried to attack the boys. Until Perry punched him in the face to Doof-2's correction. Perry-2 vows to hunt the previous universe people, but failed. When Doof-2 and Perry-2 came to the previous universe Tri-State-Area to do some remodeling. Perry-2 fight against his counterpart. Until Candace Flynn-2 succesfully killed Doof-2 and hijacked Perry-2 and the Norm Bots to obey the Resistance so Candace Flynn-2 can command Perry-2 and the Norm Bots to banish her brothers into a existing dimension. Now Perry-2 and the Norm Bots enforces the Resistance's rule in the 2nd Dimension after the defeat of Heinz Doofenshmirtz-2

- Phineas-2 and Ferb-2 losing Perry-2 is a reference of a Sonic TV show about Sonic The Hedgehog losing his pet dog Muttski
- Another reference is a Transformers one when Megatron used his mace
- Perry-2's chatter is deeper than his counterpart's chatter. However, Candace Flynn-2 upgrade Perry-2 worse ...making his chatter demonic
