History[]
Penny was born by Dr. Crygor, despite being a Male and her Grandfather! HOW WEIRD! Anyways, there is really not much to tell about her, except she got hired by WarioWare, Inc. because she could EXPERIMENT with Shames there. Despite of her Stupidity, she dreams of becoming a Pop Star and a Scientist like her Grandfather.
While she was Experimenting with a Liquid that could turn Someone's Voice into a Mermaid's, she accidentally Put it in her Grandfather's Mouth, causing him to get a High-Pitched voice and DIE. Luckily, she was arrested doing so, but she still works at WarioWare. WARIO IS SO GREEDY!

She is stupid. There, I said her entire personality. I mean, it's not like most people need a complex personality anyways, and besides, I'm sure you don't really care about the hard work I put into this page JUST because I wanted to customize these characters I love.
