The Papa Bear is the father of the bear family.
He LOVES both Spaghetti AND Spaghet. And if you touch HIS spaghet, he WILL kill you with his AK-47.
He is also the only neutral member of the Ducky Gang. Everybody else there is evil. Thus he is both good and evil. He also has the highest UnRank of the gang, at 44.
He used to be bad, but was hypnotized to be good by Good Dipsy. His UnRank when evil was -222, but now it jumped to 44!
