PaRappa the Rapper is a self-proclaimed "tax payer" that "pays his taxes". All of this is lies by the way. What he actually does is commit tax evasion and pretend that he did pay his taxes. Who could have guessed? Oh yeah and he's also a rapper. Oh yeah he also stars in some video shames.
He's actually a human who's dressed up like a dog and thinks that he's one (haha we tricked you he actually is a dog). He's best friends with Yoshi.
