Normal Pills

Normal pills are a medication prescribed by doctors for a condition only known as "not normal". They are only available as a prescription medication and not over-the-counter. When taken, they turn one normal, whatever that means. They are not abused as a recreational drug because being normal is not very fun. Anyone who makes jokes about normal pills are also incredibly unfunny, as Dream is inherently unfunny.

Dream was given these because of his ADHD causing him to cheat on Minecraft speedruns, however he threw them out because he thought the doctors were impostors (see: Schizophrenia). Of course his young and impressionable ~~stalkers~~ i mean stans decided to follow in his footsteps, and have boycotted medicine because of their god o' lord o' mighty Dream.

How they were invented[]

In the Year 1004 of the UnUnited Kingdom, some crazy guy named Jacob Smith spent his entire bank account on 2 pills from some unknown stranger. He used the pills for only one use, which for some reason remains a secret. Actually, it's not a secret, everyone knows that they were for mental health because medium pharma (now big pharma) saw their positive effects, collected a few samples of them, replicated them, and sold them as normal pills. Of course this is what big pharma tells us, so this may not be true, and there could be negative side effects to these they don't want you knowing about.
