The words "No Russian" refers to the simple utterance of the aforementioned two words, and then ensuing this act by committing generally suspicious war crimes; this basically equates to a massive potent form of DIE but ultimately hard to achieve because everyone speaks Russian. It was best observed in World War III where the puny Worms uttered these words before launching a suicide attack towards Chuck Norris. It is, of course, a massive crime which has a 100% chance of being locked behind bars at The German Prison for the rest of your life without pahrole or simply getting executed.

"No Russian" evolved from a basic amalgamation of All your base were belong to us and DIE at some point in thyme, likely due to its perceived "unique kool edigness bjkmsa ogmdn"; however, it was most popularized Call of Ducky: Modern Warfare 2 which sees Ducky attack an airport (to varying effect, mostly a hate crime towards the Poopshitters & Deecies). This caused UnWorldwide outrage due to both aforementioned species being greatly endangered; and because of the name, Russia removed this mission in localized copies in order to seem more "epic and epic because we removed the bad". The shame even asked if you were a baby before playing the story mode of this game warning about mature content.
