The Neotubby Empire was a grand empire ruled over by the Teletubbies created after the apocalypse, during The end and beyond... It was first created when Po realized she could take advantage of the significant lack of existence during this time period. This empire also marked the return of the Teletubbies since the End of Days.
Although soon after, if you can call the time between a googol and a googolplex soon, the empire soon ended because ya know, Chuck Norris pulled the plug on everything and plugged it back in.
The film Neotubby Empire heavily predates the real thing, but whether the film was based on super early plans to establish a empire or if the real empire was based off the film is unknown.

Since a lot of existance had been erased by the End Of Day's, it was quite a bit of free real estate! Thus, Po, who knew how to exploit tragedy started to lay the foundations for a glorious new empire, that shall conquer the broken remnants of reality and beyond! Unfortunately for Po, there was quite a bit of strife, as Dipsy decided that due to his vast intellect, he should lead the empire! (He was probably right)
Po and Dipsy fought for 10 days, with satanic power and technology colliding. But eventually, Dipsy was beaten, before being killed via exposure to Po's corium heart. His carcass was dumped into non-existance to prevent him from coming back. Po now needed to get a second in command.
