Mr. Game & Watch (sometimes called Mr. Shame & Watch) is the ruler of the Flat Zone who inherits traits from some of the inhabitants. Like most people he doesn't do much except for Mass Destruction & Chaos™. There's no reasoning or behavior for what he does other than it's fun for him to do. As you could expect, he doesn't have many friends. He always wins at casinos and luck based things. His personality is also as flat as paper.
Childhood
When Mr. Game & Watch was 5 years old, he lit his first match and accidentally burnt his house down like most children from the Flat Zone. He even had a bucket of gasoline in case he got spotted doing anything bad by anyone so he could murder them right then and there. I wonder who killed his mother...
At age 9 his father was burned in a commonplace apartment fire. Mr. Game & Watch at this time went into foster care. He got a job at 14 years old to be a chef for a local sausage shop and had accumulated enough money to buy himself a house and take care of himself when he was 16. After this he worked part-time with all the other crazy things he does.
Adulthood
At age 21 he payed King K. Rool to make the Hammer, infusing it with the zombie of 9. With this newfound power he became god of the Flat Zone. Unsurprisingly, the first thing he did with it was break all of the windows, and windows with it, go figure.
He eventually got bored and told everyone to leave and go play Pong or something. With a flat field all to himself he decided to fill it up with some of the things from his childhood. This lead to the invention of the Game & Watch–little windows into the Flat Zone itself being transmitted using gamma waves. Any amount of exposure to these devices may lead to tumors, asplode, and most deadly, DIE.
The Powers of Weakness some time after would steal his hammer, and then returned it with 12345678. Mr. Game & Watch didn't like this, and so rigged the chances he got a 9 to about 25%, as well as added a pure rage mode. He rarely uses the latter, because if they saw that there were only 9's he would be made weak too.
Love Life & Vietnam
Being defeated by this, Mr. Game & Watch would make a valiant effort to get a girlfriend, and with his incredible charm and charisma managed to score Kaede Akamatsu, who saw past his flat complexion and deeper inside to who he truly was. However their loving relationship wouldn't last forever, as Mr. Game & Watch would be drafted into Vietnam. He abused the 9 Hammer to it's fullest extent in combat, getting a total of 999 kills before dying to 4chan Sniper.
