Mr. Deranged is a crazed maniac from MS Paint Land who enjoys a bit of tomfoolery every now and then. Yes, just a little bit of mischief, a smidgen of shenanigans, a bit of boisterousness, a drop of... uh, alcohol. Yes, he drinks outta cups on the regular, but does he care? No. He's just deranged, simple as that. You can tell by the omnipresent arrow that points to him and labels him as such. Some days, he feels like committing Vehicular Manslaughter, some days, its murder. All in all, he's just deranged.
