Mr Cyclops Bandit is a... cyclops and a friend of Mr. Key.
He is a bandit who has a one eye, he is friends with Mr. Rooster, and never robs people, yet he's still a bandit. In a interview (we guess) he said that he always wanted to rob a bank but never did. He is always stuck on a green substance. His diet is Green Cheese yet he dosen't have any PSI just yet.
He is also trying to climb up the political latter and be the President of literally all of South America, overthrowing the others in the process. This is obviously a pipe dream.
