Mr. Cold is a man who existed, went to college, wasted several years studying ice, and then came back as an insane madman who likes to freeze people for fun.
He was born in Possum City, ran away when he was two, and then returned when he was two hundred and two.
He did stuff, annoyed Fatman, and got thrown in jail like some loser.
Trivia
- It is a little known fact that Mr. Cold was actually a hot-dog salesman at one point in his life. When he was seventeen, he decided he wanted to be a hot-dog salesman, so he became one, and loved it. He sold hot dogs in a stand on the street for several hours every day, and he made 5$ a month. His business was so successful, he tried to make it nationwide. Then he only made 4.99$ a month, so he went back to selling on the street. This wento n for three years until he decided he wanted to be a madman instead.
